Delete your Merit Play account
Use this form to ask us to permanently delete your account and personal data. You can also do this in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email, photo and login.
- Advertising-ID and device associations, and support history.
- Any unredeemed coin balance. This cannot be undone or recovered.
What we may keep
- Wallet and payout records for up to 24 months after a payout, where required for accounting and fraud prevention.
- Diagnostics for up to 90 days.
