Installing or using Merit Play means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, uninstall the app.
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. One account per person and per device.
Coins are a promotional balance. They are not currency, a security, or transferable between accounts, and have no cash value outside a completed redemption. We may change coin values and offer rates at any time.
Coins are credited only after the offer partner confirms your completion. Partners may reject completions for emulator use, VPNs, incomplete steps, duplicate installs, or other invalid activity. We can only credit what we are paid for.
Coins are redeemed for gift cards and vouchers in the in-app store run by our partner. Each reward shows its coin price; most are delivered within minutes. A reward delivered to the email address on your account cannot be reissued.
No bots, emulators, rooted-device spoofing, automated clicking, VPN masking, multiple accounts, fake referrals, or tampering with the app or its network traffic. These actions may void the balance and close the account.
We may suspend or close an account we reasonably believe to be fraudulent and withhold that account’s balance where permitted by law.
Merit Play is not employment and does not promise any level of earnings. Offer availability varies by country and day.
The service is provided “as is”. Offers, partners, and payout methods may change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for claims arising from the app is limited to the value of your most recent successful redemption.
You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for a material breach, fraud, abuse, or legal requirement. Provisions that need to survive termination will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at your city of registration.
